We hope you will find our terms and conditions easy to understand. Our conditions comply with UK legislation and distance selling regulations. Please do not hesitate to call or email us if you have any questions. It is assumed by making an order, that you accept our online Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

All prices are in British Pounds (£ sterling). We are not VAT registered so all products are currently VAT free. Prices may be changed without notice. Overseas buyers (i.e. those not resident in the United Kingdom) are responsible for any import duty or local taxes that may be levied.
Product Descriptions and Images
Please note that our products are handmade and so sizes are approximate (e.g. for leads they are to within an inch or so). Images where shown are representations of the products offered and are taken by us using standard digital cameras. However, due to differences in technology we cannot guarantee colour accuracy on your screen. We do however think it is pretty close on most screens.
Payments are processed either via PayPal, or Stripe for credit or debit cards. We do not get to see your payment card details at any time and do not record them on our system.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation. If we suspect that a payment has been made fraudulently we reserve the right to cancel the order and make a full refund.
All customers placing an order will be provided with a receipt by email. Please contact us if you suspect your receipt to be incorrect and we will rectify it. Also please note that if you enter your e-mail address incorrectly, or your e-mail provider incorrectly judges our e-mail to be junk mail, then it may be diverted to your junk mail folder.
We do our very best to show only products we have in stock on our site, or that can be made to order and dispatched within 10 working days. However, popular products can go out of stock quickly. In the unlikely event of this happening, when we receive your order we will email you with the expected delivery time. If you decide not to continue with your order any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you at the email address given by you on your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
We take every precaution to protect your information both online and offline. We use secure SSL encryption to ensure that sensitive information such as personal details passed between us cannot be read by a third party. We protect your payment card information by using PayPal to accept payments. This means that we never see your credit/debit card details and so do not store them on our system.
Some of our products are handmade and made to order in the United Kingdom. Even so, I try to ship orders within 1-2 working days, During busy periods, order dispatch can be delayed by up to a week, so please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery in the UK, a little longer overseas. Please note that delivery outside the UK is made by airmail (depending on your countries courier services)
UK POST & PACKING
UK Includes areas within England & Scotland Incl. Islands and Northern Ireland are classed as UK shipping
All items are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed for mail and you will be required to sign for your delivery.
WORLDWIDE POST & PACKING
All areas outside the UK. Include: Southern Ireland & Europe are classed as International Shipping.
All items are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for mail you will be required to sign for your delivery. Your end courier may vary depending on your country.
Remember, you may be liable for import duty or local taxes in your own country. Please allow 10 working days for your order to arrive from dispatch.
All orders dispatched are sent by the means of tracking the items. Your tracking number can be located on your invoice email. Please use the tracking feature on the Royal mail website along with your unique tracking number to locate your item once it has been dispatched.
Please note for overseas items a third party courier will be responsible for the tracking of your item once it has left the UK. You may need to check the third parties website on details of how to track your item.
UNCLAIMED ITEMS / NON RESPONSE ON DELIVERY
In the event where Royal Mail / Third party hasn't been able to deliver your items due to a no response on delivery it is the customers responsibility to arrange for the items to be re-delivered or collected from Royal Mail / Third Party Courier service.
We have no control over the process of getting your items re-delivered out to you. We of course will help as much as we can however we can't be held liable for missed deliveries or non response on delivery. Any items that are returned back to us where they have been unclaimed will be subject to a admin charge plus an additional cost to cover the new shipping fee if you still require your item.
ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
In the event where Royal Mail / Third party has lost the parcel please contact us so we can query with Royal Mail / Third Party Courier. Once confirmed the item has been lost we will of course resolve the matter.
We have never had a complaint, but in the event that we fail in meeting our high standards of customer service please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve any issues.
Please provide as much detail of your complaint as possible, including product details, dates and times of communication with us where applicable. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 3 working days advising you the estimated time the complaint should take to resolve. We will also advise you of the progress of your complaint on a regular basis should it not be resolved within 7 working days.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch for a full refund. Once your order has been dispatched, you may return your purchase to us within 10 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less postage and packaging costs. Return postage is at your expense. We recommend you use an insured signed for delivery service such as Royal Mail Signed For service. You may not return used products. Please ensure the product has not been used, is returned undamaged in the original packaging with any accessories and any supplied free gifts.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
On receipt of your goods from us, please inspect and inform us immediately of any damages or missing items within 7 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of receipt please contact us to arrange return and inspection. Generally we will exchange or refund the item provided it is ‘as new’ and has no faults caused by accident, misuse or neglect.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds are made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
The contents of the website may not be copied, reproduced, duplicated, sold, downloaded or distributed by any means to third parties without our express written consent. You may copy or print details for the sole purpose of using the website while connected to the Internet. You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You must not use the website for fraudulent purposes, spamming or any unlawful activity.
All content on the website is the property of Posh Puppy and is protected by UK copyright. You may not extract or use any content or parts of the content of the website without express written consent. This includes but is not limited to use of the text, images or graphics from this site. You agree not to copy our designs. We take theft of our images very seriously.
